The Youth Department has postponed our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Finishers Celebration until August to allow more families the chance to participate. So keep up with all of your great reading adventures and see if you can join us for a fun-filled celebration in August! Families who have finished the program and would like to pick up their Finishers Backpack can stop by the Youth Desk to get it.
Celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day with us from February 15 - 21 (we had so many fun things to do we decided to create a week out of it!). We have galactic knights, robot building, minecraft creating, storytellers, storytimes, and crafts scheduled throughout the week. If you can't make it to any of our events, please join us at the library to make use of our many kid's play areas (both tech-oriented and family fun), as well as our books and reading nooks and quiet, study areas.
If you have questions about any of these events, please visit our Events page or call the Youth Department at 734-326-6123 (press "4").
