MeL offers FREE access to the Learning
Express Library, where you can prepare for college by taking practice SAT
tests, enhance your computer skills, and explore careers. You can also review the basics, such as math,
science, language arts and social studies.

Attention teens! Check out our Quaranteen Bingo for activities that you can do while the library is closed. Check off 3 or more activities and bring your sheet to the Youth Services Desk when we re-open for a special prize!

Will you be entering 9th grade or above in the fall? Do you like kids and reading? The Youth Services Department is currently seeking teen volunteers to help for our Summer Reading Program, "A Universe of Stories." Interested volunteers are asked to commit to two or more hours per week doing a variety of tasks. This is a great opportunity to earn service hours for your school or community organization while you have free time during the summer! Applications are available at the library or online (download PDF).
Volunteer training dates are May 29, June 3, & June 6. Please read the application for more information, choose one training session to attend, and return your completed application to the Youth Services Desk before that date.
